I have struggled with getting users to provide feedback + losing track of the ones that do in the past, and thought there was some room for improvement in this space. Have a bunch of ideas to take this further--journey mapping/insights, customer overviews, etc. Currently totally free for everyone! No harm in linking it somewhere like you would a Helpdesk :). My first public launch though, so me know what you think! Different-enough of a product from intercom/zendesk/the like?
