Hey Product Hunters! We're thrilled to announce the launch of our latest product, gauge.it, a team wellbeing tool designed specifically for Microsoft Teams, the renowned business communication platform trusted by over 270 million users. With gauge.it, your organisation can create a safe space for employees to express their wellbeing anonymously, providing leadership with invaluable insights into employee morale. Empower your leadership with the ability to send daily cards to the team, where employees can effortlessly rate their day by selecting an emoji that best represents their mood and even add an optional anonymous comment. Gauge.it's true strength lies in its ability to provide leadership with a concise breakdown of team input, enabling the identification of changes and trends in morale across localized and remote teams. "The concept of gauge.it originated in 2021 when we faced the challenge of monitoring our team's well-being as we transitioned from office-based work to remote work," explains Alasdair Gauld, Head of Digital Transformation at Cloud Cover IT. "Recognizing the consequences of employee isolation, we aimed to create a simple solution that would keep us connected to our team, regardless of their location. Since the initial release of gauge.it, we have received positive feedback from leadership teams who feel more connected to their employees and derive real value from daily reports that uncover wellbeing trends within their teams. With this full version release, we're thrilled to introduce more powerful reporting and new tools to assess employee morale." We want to use the launch as an opportunity to open a conversation. Please share your thoughts on your experience, challenges, and any suggestions here. We would love to talk to you and get you started on our free trail. 🔥 Get started with gauge.it now on Microsoft's App Source: https://appsource.microsoft.com/... #Productivity #Collaboration #MicrosoftTeams #Gaugeit

Upvoted, intresting platforom for HR and company management. Do you plan also integrate other platforms as Google Chat+Meets and Slack ? Good luck guys!

@tomas_blatak1 At the moment our focus is on MS Teams as we build the feature set out further - however it is on our long-term roadmap to consider platforms such as Slack and the awareness and user numbers grow.

This is a great idea! When so many of us can feel so disconnected, this is a great way to make sure each team member is feeling heard. Congrats on the launch!

Congrats! By default any feedback platforms/apps should be ranked higher.

@gabe_moronta Totally agree! Appreciate your comment Gabe.
Congrats on the launch, Gauge.it team! Just wondering if the platform has measures to prevent misuse, like spamming or sending inappropriate anonymous feedback? Keep up the great work!
Alasdair Gauld
@ricardo_luz At the moment the team can only replay once a day and the manager can view that data the following day to increase the level of the data being anonymous. For now, we have no way to prevent misuse other than the manager speaking with the team. On Wednesday next week, we release a new feature for ad-hoc messages which the manager will get instantly to ensure people can get help if they need it. Here we will get feedback about spamming.
