GLAMPS Menu Planner

A little about GLAMPS and how it came into existence: Something I have always struggled with (and know of many friends who do too) is Menu planning and Grocery Shopping. That got me searching for something online that I could use, to help me get organized. But, nothing suited my needs. Most weren't flexible enough, needed me to download some software or had to be used online. So, I set out to create something that was so simple that ANYONE can use and also something flexible enough to suit varied needs. Thus, GLAMPS came into being - A simple, easy to use and flexible Excel based Menu Planner with an Automatic Shopping List Generator. Another product that came out of the Gumroad Small Product Lab. I was impressed when I saw this spreadsheet, it is a great tool for menu planning and allows you to input recipes and create shopping lists directly as part of the meal planner.
