Hi @codecamcode you're right but's it's more of a whatsapp(WA) chatbot. It uses Whatsapp Business API. Organisations can interact with their customers on WA for their services. Glific is the layer that helps them interact with millions of people at the same time via automated and manual messaging. You get an interface where you can see how each of your customers is interacting with the bot and them through their journey. I'd be happy to answer any followup questions.
