I started using Shopify recently, so I'm glad I found your product! Sherry, congrats on Gojiberry's launch! Do you have any tips on how to make customers answer the questions? Usually, that's the main challenge.

@anastasiia_stepko Hi Anastasiia! Glad to hear that you've started using Shopify! Response rate is definitely something we've been keeping in mind when we develop our product. Here are a few features we have that ensures customers are willing to answer the questions: - Offering incentives: We have different options for giving incentives, ranging from coupons to loyalty points. This does not only help increase the response rate but also promotes repeat purchases. - Unobtrusive design: We make sure that our UX does not disrupt the customer's shopping journey. It only appears in places that they won't mind answering a few questions. - Templates to ensure best practices: Often times the survey could be hard for the customers to answer because of the design. The response rate will drop if it requires too much thinking for the customer (especially when there's no incentives) I hope that helps! And good luck with your Shopify business!

Unlike apps that simply provide a survey, we as user research experts focus on the different touch points your customers have with you during their purchase journey. Such touch points can include pre-purchase, post-purchase, after sales, offline events, and more. By taking into consideration the different needs of your users at these different touch points, we can recommend better methods that match the desired improvements and goals of your store. @abzal_assembekov Thank you so much for the question! To my knowledge, currently Hotjar isn't fully integrated with Shopify since it's not on Shopify's app store. Gojiberry is built for Shopify and therefore we are able to integrate with a Shopify store's purchase data, customer information, etc. for a more EC-focused analysis. In addition, Gojiberry surveys can be embedded directly under the store's post-purcahse pages. As for overall direction, we are more focused on qualitative user research. Hotjar's journey started from heat maps and I imagine their focus is a bit more quantitative. I hope that answers your question!
