@rohitmulani loved the onboarding experience and nudges to customer at different stages. Some customer feedback on post-onboarding experience: 1. I don't know how much it will take for me to get approved to start investing. 2. I don't see any customer support options. 3. When will my pending trade execute? 4. At the time of onboarding, no information was given on charges for withdrawal/deposit 5. Trade timings for US, how do I know it in my local time. You don't want customer to have a bad experience after onboarding as there is financial commitment from the customer. Looking forward to invest and create some value for me through this.

Got in through the invitation code. Topped up during onboarding. And support person said I am not eligible for an account. Didn't get refunded. Doesn't feel like a great user experience.

@rohitmulani Your app won't let me sign up :/ I'm from Denmark, Danish resident, I pay taxes in Denmark. But I only have a US phone number (Google number), and there's no way to enter a US phone umber in the app 🤦‍♂️ So even though I don't live in the US, and I'm not a US Citizen. I can't sign up.

@mark_lyck hey Mark 👋, unfortunately accepting US indicia (like your phone number) may require FATCA reporting even though you're not a US resident or national. That's why we don't permit inputing a US phone number. Sorry!
