@deepak_kumbhar1 We are equally against measuring productivity by lines of code. Instead we focus on research-driven metrics suggested by Google’s DevOps Research & Assessment (DORA) team -Deployment Frequency, Change Failure Rate, MTTR (coming soon), Cycle time and many more. Insightly also lets you drill down to the root cause of the problems with a single click. You can know exactly what's behind each number and metric, so you're not entirely reliant on high-level numbers and rankings to assess productivity. Hope this answers your question, Deepak.

@sudheer_bandaru1 Hey Sudheer, So yesterday I integrated my Bitbucket account, and I must say the way it pulled the data and started showing all the details was so much informative. Now I can see all the developer's movements in one place. This is going to solve a lot of problems :)

@niranjan_pujari Great question, Niranjan. All you’d need is 5 minutes to set up Insightly. You don't need any coding, DevOps integration, or input from developers. You can log in using your SCM (GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket) and gain instant visibility into your team's metrics.
