Onboard customers from your competitors

Hotswap helps companies onboard new users by automating the migration from their old platform. We extract customer data, transform it, and then import it into the new. Removing this friction helps businesses close deals faster.

Hello! We're incredibly excited to launch Hotswap. We specialize in the boring business problem of vendor migrations. For many companies, data migrations are a major blocker to getting bigger customers. "How will I move all of my stuff from [JIRA/Github/Quickbooks] onto your platform?" We help you build one-click migrations so that you can steal those customers from your competitors. And every growing company ends up changing their SaaS. This could be to get better pricing, better service, or more features. Moving off of DO and onto AWS. Or upgrading from Quickbooks to Netsuite. We also help with that kind of thing, and automate the process. Throughout our careers, we've spent a lot of time moving our software off of one platform and onto another. It's always super painful and creates technical debt. We've moved ERPs for finance teams, shipping providers for warehouses, and even built an internal domain registrar to remove our dependence on an unreliable third party. We think that it should be easier for people to change the software they use. Vendor lock-in should not be a competitive advantage for a SaaS. If we're able to make that happen, that'll be a success for Hotswap. We'd love to work with you! Are you a company trying to bring users' data onto your platform? Are you looking at an impossibly scary vendor migration? Drop us a line, we'd love to share our war stories and see how we can help.

@daniel_baum Thank you! Yep, we find that as companies grow they always end up needing to do some sort of migration - a "when", not an "if".
Daniel Baum
@poundifdef Totally! In today's software-heavy ecosystem, its just a matter of time

Jay Goel
@dawn_veltri1 Exactly - we haven't worked at a single company that _hasn't_ had this pain point.
Stacy Pavlyshyna
I really like the problem you're approaching! A few steps migration is an opposite of the current hassle

@pavlyshyna Thank you for the kind words!
