This product first came to me while working for another company that provided home services. A similar (but much simpler) idea was rejected there, in spite of the overwhelming data that indicated high desirability. I saw the opportunity and decided to pursue it. Household doesn’t inundate homeowners with unnecessary information and alerts; users only get reminders for the tasks they set, or when Household discovers important information that the homeowner should know. Our goal is to take the anxiety and uncertainty out of homeownership, and set homeowners at ease.
