Hi everyone! Thank you @5harath for hunting our product. We are happy to present ICANSELL! ⌛ Background Several years ago I launched my next startup. For it to succeed, B2B sales were required, which we, the founders, did ourselves at first. It was a difficult experience. The whole time I was thinking that there were a lot of salespeople who already had a relationship with my customers. I thought if I could just tell them about my product and they told their customers and the deal went through, I would happily pay them a commission. After many dozens of meetings, I faced the same questions and concerns from the sales side. Each time, it took me several months to train salespeople and several joint meetings with customers for the salespeople to start selling on their own. Putting all this experience together, I figured out how to make it easier for myself and other founders to sell. I figured out how to make sure that any successful salesperson could sell any startup’s solution to their customers as long as it was the right fit for them. No monthly fees, only commissions for closed deals. 💡 Solution The most important thing is to make a sales kit that’s understandable to salespeople and believe me, it’s not what’s written on your website, not what’s written in the pitch deck for investors, and it’s far from just a presentation for customers. The second thing is to present yourself and your startup to salespeople as if you were telling a friend over a cup of coffee. Third, allay the salespeople’s fears. They need to understand that they can sell your product, know how to sell your product, and want to sell your product. 🧘🏽‍♀️ How does ICANSELL work? ?makers This is pretty cool! Sometimes I think salespeople get left out of the freelance market so excited to see something like this! My only question is that in most B2B products, the sale really needs a lot of product knowledge and education. For a freelance sales person working only on commission, does this mean this ramp-up time is uncompensated or is this meant to act as more of a warm intro and the folks at the company can answer more detailed/technical questions?
