Great job done on this new app. Keep on adding new types of breathing, and i very much like the Customize option. Where can we post some minor UX remarks, and some ideas on improving the app?
Dylan Drendel

Hey Product Hunters! Over the past couple of months I made this app called Infinite Breath, available on iOS, Android, and as a web app. It's a free breath training and meditation app I designed and developed in Dart using the new cross-platform Flutter development kit. The core functionality of the app is built around a new and unique breathing visualization guide, with the intent of helping users learn to synchronize their breath with various breathing patterns that have been shown to help with sleep, reducing stress/anxiety, improving mood, improvements in cardiovascular health, etc. Watch the short video above to see it in action! I was inspired in particular to make this app after reading the book Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art by James Nestor (a timely NYT bestseller that just came out last year). If you haven't read it, I definitely recommend it, but the gist is that our modern diet and lifestyle has lead the majority of us to develop unhealthy breathing habits, and if we want to lead healthy lives, learning to breathe properly should be at the top of our lists. In my own personal effort to breath better, I decided to search the app store for breathing apps. After trying out a lot of different types of apps, I found myself wanting a more intuitive visualization, along with more information and context about different types of proper breathing techniques. This desire, along with an innovative visualization technique I had learned from my mom, and Infinite Breath was born! Let me know what you think, and I hope it helps you in your journey to healthier breathing! ♾️ P.S. For the developers out there, as I mentioned above I built this app with Flutter. I really enjoyed learning and using Flutter - it's a super powerful new development kit from Google with lots of community support behind it. It allowed me to compile native Android, iOS and web apps all from one codebase, and due to its canvas rendering strategy, makes it super responsive to all screen sizes... Infinite Breath basically works on any screen size you can imagine! I definitely recommend trying it out, especially if you're a designer looking to get more into development.
