Jawa is the first marketplace for gamers to buy and sell parts. Jawa launched a few days ago with verified sellers, protections for everyone, a no scalping policy and an extensive database of parts and is led by Amanda Fried and a strong community of gamers.
My product design agency Late Checkout helped CEO Amanda Fried realize her vision of creating THE destination for gamers to buy and sell PC parts, and eventually other goods related to their hobby.
She just opened it up to the world on Monday but has already had happy buyers and sellers completing transactions.
Amanda will be replying in the comments to any thoughts so feel free to ask away!
I absolutely love using Jawa! It has been one of my go-to places to find used, and even brand new PC parts at a great price! The community that Jawa has created has been so welcoming and helpful for newbies and experts alike. I truly enjoy the customer experience that Jawa has created thus far and hope to see it continue and grow!
@randy_ta Randy is one of our early power users on Jawa! Love to hear this, thanks so much for the continued support, Randy!

Finally! A place where I can pick the parts for my new gaming computer without paying an arm and leg. All in one place and at best prices! Way to go, keep it up!
This is so neat! With so many shortages when buying specs, this couldn't be a better time to connect with people.
Also your website is such a dream - I've been missing friendly designs with illustrated headers, which disappeared some time in the 2010's. Whoever made it, amazing job! Brb, scrolling and clicking.
@minks Hi Neslihan - your comment made my day! Late Checkout did an amazing job with the design. We wanted it to embody the adventurous feeling of embarking on a new PC build! It was also important to me that the style and color scheme felt inviting to all genders. They nailed it!

This looks awesome! Jawa is a great tool to navigate a very complex marketplace!
@thehonrosie Thanks so much for checking out Jawa! Yes, absolutely. That is a super important feature that we are currently productizing. As of now buyers and sellers can negotiate via messenging, but we are currently working on a "make an offer" feature that should roll out in the next few weeks!

@jawa_amanda Cool - We have a fun chatbot who can automate negotiation and make customers smile!! Let me know if we can help you with that
@jawa_amanda Hi! I see you have a make an offer function but I can't see how it works without entering my credit card details. I think we could do something fun and effective for you with Nibble if you would like - let me know if you have time for a chat

@jawa_amanda Do you need an extra hand in your software development section?
@creative_joe Hi! We're not looking at the moment, but feel free to email me at amanda@jawa.gg so I can keep you in mind when we build out our dev team. Thanks for checking out Jawa!
