Hi everyone, I'm Will, the founder and maker of KanoSurveys.com. The Kano Model is an awesome research technique for understanding what users want from your product, but it's under-utilised in modern product development because a) people don't really understand how to do it or why it's cool, and b) there isn't enough good tooling to make it easy. So to solve these problems, I created KanoSurveys.com. An all-in-one platform for creating, running and analysing Kano Model surveys, for free! A quick rundown: Kano surveys have a specific format where participants give their feelings about specific features of your product (either existing or hypothetical new features), and with some custom analysis those features can then be categorised: some are must-have, some are delighters, some are indifferent and so on. We can even work out how much each feature will contribute to overall customer satisfaction of your product!
