Happy Tuesday PH community.👋🚀 I am very excited to share LiLearn with all of you! LiLearn is for business people like me who love their job and who want to accomplish more. It is for everyone in a multinational workplace who wants to communicate in Chinese better, to grow as a leader and to make their workplace welcoming and inclusive. 💡 It all started when I realized how important languages are to start fruitful business relationships. I was previously involved in several business projects with chinese enterprises, so I knew that Chinese/Mandarin and soft skills are essential if you want to enhance your career. 🧠 We as a team at LiLearn put a lot of effort to find out what are the most common issues and problems people from the business world have. We confirmed our hypothesis that it’s not only about speaking Chinese, but also about communication skills, leadership, and feeling safe and accepted at work. We learned from business leaders of different countries and cultures how lack of communication in Chinese and soft skills influences their work and growth. So it’s our first step to build what we dream of. We’ve built an app where you can practice speaking Chinese by swiping through our carefully selected index cards filled with business chinese phrases, translations and pronunciations. Those phrases will be very useful for upcoming meetings, job interviews, small talks, communication with your teammates and clients. 🔥A lot more is coming, we plan to add video and audio lessons, including topics for all business professions. Honestly, I've never been helped by an online app like this in language learning. I dream of learning Chinese, but not through an app.
