Hi PH fam, 👋 Super excited to launch Lili with you today. We've been working on it for the past year, and after n-amount of coffee beans, we think we are ready. ☕️ 🤨 So, who is Lili? Lili is a personal health assistant who sits on top of your health data and helps you improve your health through advanced data analytics. You can ask her to compare parameters, overview days, make a deep dive of one parameter, etc. You can also log your mood, tags, and symptoms and get a more in-depth analysis of how your body is doing. Also, don't forget to ask her for a joke. Just don't expect it to be any good. 🥑 But, there is always that but... If you are lazy like me, you may find "daily tasks" the most interesting. It's a pattern recognition model that takes all of your historical data and recommends you with one task per day you should consider doing that could help benefit your long-term health. If you do tasks successfully, you earn points. If you do them with your friends, you multiply your points. If your lazy friends don't do it, you get their points. Simple, but it works. 🌱 Why are we working on it? We believe the two biggest problems of preventive health are awareness and consistency. We approach increasing awareness through advanced data analytics, and we try to improve consistency with game design principles and network effects. 🔐 How do we handle data? We use 256-bit encryption with OAuth 2.0 industry-standard protocol for authorization and connect to your account in read-only mode. You can also delete your account and all of your data with one button within the app. 🔮 What can you expect from us in the future? We like data. And we love to reverse engineer things. You can expect things like daily tasks based on your personal goals (weight management, improving sleep, reducing stress, etc.) coming up next. More data source integrations. You can expect things like blood test results included in the analytics. Generally, you can expect some exciting things. We believe that preventive health needs some freshness.
