Hello, 👋 I am Rucha. I was involved with the UX and user research for Listener. As soon as the first working prototype was developed, I started using Listener for interviews I would do with users as a part of my job. Pretty quickly I started sharing video highlights with the team instead of text summaries like I used to. It was a really interesting, ‘meta’ way of working with the product - sharing user insights with the team as well as using Listener in real time to improve the UX. I am really excited for you to try it out and listen 😄 to your feedback.

Hi, do the video highlights in playlists link to the original recording so that users can navigate back to the relevant portion of the recording and gain more context by listening to adjacent portions of the call?

Congrats on the Launch @rucha_joshi8 and Team. Around the so many meetings happening these days - it is crucial tool. A question - Can only Host enable this from their end or attendees can irrespective of admin does it or no?

@satyendra_sahani The meeting host whose Zoom account is linked with Listener can enable it. If you have team members who are a part of your listener organisation then they can also use the highlighting feature if they are a part of your meeting. They will be added as collaborators.
