This company’s whole business model seems to be based on scamming its users. Looking at the many one star reviews online, one can see a clear pattern of this company doing everything in it’s power to deter it’s users from collecting the rewards they have allegedly earned and avoiding transparency as much as possible to that end. In my own experience, I spent two years trying to collect my rewards. First it was a supposed “glitch” that gave an error message every time I tried to transfer funds. After months of being ignored by customer service, I was finally told that it was fixed. Then I had to jump through hoops (providing a copy of a receipt from three years ago) to change my email address on the account before I could make a transfer. Then, when I thought I was finally able to transfer the rewards, I received an email saying that that the transfer could take up to 15 days and that I would get a confirmation email. UNSURPRISINGLY, I never received an email, but the funds had left my Lolli account and never arrived in my wallet. The company basically shrugged and implied it was user error on my part. I find this extremely hard to believe considering the company’s track record. I only have one wallet I make transfers to and I always double check when I copy/paste an address. I believe that this company’s whole agenda is based on deterring users from collecting rewards and relying on them eventually giving up (or, if they don’t give up, simply stealing the money). Also, FUN FACT: There is a clause in the site’s user agreement that users cannot participate in a class action lawsuit against the company. GEE, I WONDER WHY? I’m honestly appalled that this company is still in business.

They have not paid my rewards in 5 months. Still waiting. They keep blaming the merchant. The last three rewards went over the 90-day threshold and I had to contact customer service. Either their API services with vendors are off or they are holding to their cash/crypto payments more than their agreement states. Avoid at all costs.

The best way to get into bitcoin. I started using Lolli for my makeup and sneaker purchases, and it's been so great to see my earnings accumulate. Plus it's the perfect bitcoin on-ramp for my friends and family. I also love their new card boosts and the ability to earn in-store.

I have been using Lolli since it came out as I love crypto. Since late 2021, none of my purchased have "verified" although I see them on my account. I have reached out to customer support numerous times. I have gotten no good response as to why none of my purchases have come through. Some are almost a year old. its unacceptable

Lolli makes earning bitcoin so easy. Especially loving the new in-store earning feature. New partners every week, and super high rewards rate. You can't beat getting 10% in free bitcoin back on every coffee. Obsessed.

Man, I figured this would have a million reviews by now. It took me years to finally sign up and wish I did earlier. They improved their UX which makes it easy to join, and it's free Bitcoin which is fun.

all the positive reviews for this extension have clearly not gone through the withdrawal process with this company. sure, it's easy enough to get bitcoin from your every day purchases (tons of other apps can do this too) however, once you need your funds. THEN THIS COMPANY GOES TO SH*T. 7-10 day turnaround time for fund withdrawals is advertised on their application. This is not the case. Be prepared to wait anywhere from 30-90 days for a withdrawal to complete. Probably more if you patiently wait around and don't reach out to them. When you do reach out to them there is no useful information given, just excuse after excuse, generic delay after generic delay. No real information ever given, it's more of a "you'll get it when you get it" response and that truly is the outcome. No matter how many times you contact the company, they will never be able to tell you when you will get your funds, and you will never know until the day of. Something extremely shady is definitely going on, the company owners/workers are most likely trading the bitcoin earned by the users and playing the long game, holding on to the funds for as long as they can until they get what they want out of it. I will be leaving reviews and reporting this company to every website I can find in order to prevent other users falling for their shady practices.
