Hey Product Hunt 👋, I’m glad to be in the Maker seat for the first time and I want to present to you a new awesome product, which can help you save your time and solve your marketing budget issues. 💰
😌Prehistory
In addition to development, I was engaged in entrepreneurship, and very often I had to do messaging to keep in touch with customers, inform them about updates related to their order, and also provide the best offers to my loyal customers. All this time I have been using SMS or email, which have always seemed to be a nonmodern, expensive and unreliable method for mass distribution.
Even using the highest quality messaging services, about 10-15% of SMS still did not reach the recipients. Resending messages several times did not help either ¯ \ _ (ツ) _ / ¯
In fact, out of my monthly messaging budget of $100, I was losing about 10-15% 💸.
As a result, I decided that it is much cheaper and more reliable for me to send messages directly from my personal device to interact with my clients. This method had a main disadvantage: it took too long and was too repetitive😐
And there was no solution to completely automate this process for Apple device users.
🏆From idea to release
A year ago, one person contacted me on social networks and told me about his problem with the messaging list. He said his company had about 50 thousand clients from different countries that used iOS and macOS devices, and they spend very large budgets on SMS distribution services. Many of these SMS do not reach the recipients, which is a significant problem. They were then interested in the question, is it possible to send messages via iMessage, and somehow automate this process?
Since then, I created an idea to develop a product that will help people simplify the daily routine of sending messages. During development, we were repeatedly contacted by friends who use WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram for their messaging, so we decided to try to automate the sending process in these messenger apps as well.
✅ At this point, the product is ready!
- This is a 100% native macOS app with a minimal UI and maximum performance 🚀
- App is built to run on Catalina 10.15 and later.
- Sending will be done on your device from your accounts in iMessage, Facebook,
WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, and Skype.
- LoopMessage app will not ask for passwords from your messengers, so you can be sure that your accounts are safe.
- Also, you can send regular SMS from your Mac. Note that SMS is sent from your device based on your cellular provider rates.
🔒LoopMessage offers great user data privacy
- App stores all data only on your device, without using external servers.
- You can deny access to the phone book and use only internal contacts in the app. Thus, your personal contacts will not be known to the app.
- If you have allowed access to the phone book, the app will work only in Read-only mode with your Phone Book. The app will never make changes to the Phone Book since the main goal of the application is to distribute messages without making changes in contacts.
📤What are the benefits of using LoopMessage for bulk distribution?
- By sending messages via iMessage, your customers will receive authentic blue chat bubble messages with modern previews.
- You can send a message via iMessage by specifying the recipient's e-mail. If he has an iCloud account created on this mail, he will also receive a message.
- If you need to send messages to recipients in different countries, now you don't have to worry about roaming for SMS, since messaging via iMessage, WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Telegram, Viber, and Skype does not depend on your cellular provider.
📈 Who using our product?
- iOS/macOS-only app owners. This way, they have a 100% relevant audience of users who already have iMessage installed. For other platforms, they can send messages via WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, Viber, or Skype.
- People who provide personalized services and need to be in touch with their clients. For example, teachers, fitness trainers, consultants are those who need to constantly stay in touch with their audience and send messages every day. Previously these people spent several hours a day on messaging, but now they can do it in 5 minutes.
- Business owners who are constantly trying to notify their customers about product updates, new sales, and promotions, or any other event that may be of interest to their audience.

Let us know what you think! 🎉
This is good! I am so glad you were able to include WhatsApp, much needed. Quick question: is LoopMessage able to connect with WhatsApp Business accounts, and if so, what additional features does it offer? Congrats on launching!
@jelveh Hey👋 Yeah, we supporting WhatsApp because it still one of the popular messengers. Unfortunately, we didn't test our WhatsApp integration with business accounts. But we will glad to cooperate with someone who can test that. However, if you can use a standard WhatsApp desktop application with a business account, most likely LoopMessage will work in that case.
Try to contact me on LinkedIn, and I could give you a license to check that.
@kirill_nikolaev Hello Kirill 👋
We are currently developing a separate product that can be a SaaS messaging solution. There you can easily send messages to any contacts in real-time.
But if you just need to update contacts in real-time for the Desktop application, I think it will be enough for you to implement the export of contacts from your backend server to iCloud contacts, and then your Phone Book will be immediately updated in the LoopMessage app.
If you want to fetch contacts from your server through the Desktop application, then this can be an interesting feature. But it can take some time for implementing and testing. You can add me on LinkedIn and we will discuss this feature request.

Hi Andrew,
I'm interested in LoopMessage in order to send personalized mass messages specifically via WhatsApp.
I have the following questions:
1.- Does it have the feature to automatically personalize the recipient's name on the greeting (e.g., "Hello !")?
2.- For those recipients that don't have me registered on their contacts (even some of my customers forget to register me on their contacts): Will the message be deliver to them? I ask because, as you know, on the standard "Broadcast" feature on WhatsApp, if the recipient doesn't have you on his contacts they won't get the message.
3.- What's the maximum amount of personalized messages I'm able to send in one shoot? As you know, on the standard "Broadcast" feature on WhatsApp, the maximum amount of recipients is 256 (and you can't personalize it).
4.- How do I add the contacts I want to send the personalized message to? I've them registered on my cell phone's contacts, but what's the procedure for selecting them? Or can I upload an excel or CVS file where say column A has the First name and column B their WhatsApp number?
Best!
@danny33 Hey!
1) Yes, you can do it in LoopMessage.
2) When you will send a message via LoopMessage, to a recipient it will look like you directly send this message to them. If a recipient set up something like 'block messages from all unknown recipients', obviously it will impossible to communicate with them.
3) You can set any amount of recipients. But... will need to take into account, if you will send 100 same messages (without personalization) in one minute, most likely WhatsApp can mark you as a spammer. Usually, for such recipients volume (50 and more), we recommend setting up additional delays between sending in our app. That can help you avoid a ban from WhatsApp side.
4) In LoopMessage you can use the next contacts storages:
- Your phone book (Apple Contacts). The app can read your contacts there, but can't edit them.
- Internal local storage. You can import contacts from your external storage through a CSV file. And that helps you quickly add your additional contacts which you don't want to store in your personal phone book.
For more info, please contact our support team on our website, and we will try to help with all your questions.

@tareq_bappy Hey 👋 Sure, at this moment we researching how to add support of other popular messengers in different countries, for example: Viber, WeChat, Line, Signal.
Also, we planing to add other features, like: message Scheduling or Reminding, message Statistic and Analytics, adding attachments to the iMessage, Smart Groups.
Btw, in the near future, we will try to publish our app to the Mac AppStore, because some macOS users often for using the store for receiving updates and managing their Apps.
