@new_user__3052022509695ec2f5bf951 Thanks for the pertinent question. It takes people 18-254 days to create a new habit, with most people able to do it in 66 days. You create a series of tiny new habits of getting micro-exercise as many times a day as possible. You can see results immediately because if you get up from your desk and walk around your space for 10 minutes, you will feel a lot better and boost your energy and productivity. As for losing weight or building muscles - those take time, but every little bit of exercise helps!
