Nailted is an employee engagement tool, designed by CTOs for Tech teams. You need to understand what’s going on with your people, but you don't have time to design, set up the processes to do so. We give you the insights, so you can make your team thrive.
🎉🎉🎉 Hi everyone, I am Jose, co-founder of Nailted.
Nailted is already helping thousands of people improve their employee experience, and now we are launching the official integration with Slack, which will make it much easier to stay on top of your team.
A set of tested Feedback dynamics, such as giving recognition or sending suggestions to the company. It's much easier for the team because it's integrated into their day-to-day work, and for the company, it results in a better engagement rate.
✌️ Understand your people better with real-time people analytics, start with eNPS and more than 40 KPIs. Use our lightweight built-in survey questions or customize yours if you prefer.
🤝 Involve your managers easily by giving them specifically designed tools to help them on a daily basis, with 1:1 meetings, for example. Get each of your managers to adopt this habit in your company and prevent an inconsistent and unwanted culture.
👏 Motivate your people and develop friendships, build up a positive feedback culture, encourage fellowship, and create good vibes among the team.
Try it! It is free!
🥳 Thank you for checking out our product,
We always welcome any kind of feedback and would be happy to hear your thoughts. 💜

Exactly what we need! Good luck in the launch today.
Really great. There's so much we can improve on with Slack (especially remotely).
One thing I look at - from the Slack weekly report - is the portion of public channel vs. direct messages. I was inspired by the Gitlab employee handbook to push our team to "default to public," as we describe it in our Slack norms.
@joserobleda - What are some shortcomings with that metric? How do y'all think about measuring engagement across the team?
@ken_babcock In our view, public vs private channels has more to do with transparency and communication style. You could have a lot of private conversations and it won’t be an indicator for engagement or a lack of it.
We stand for creating a safe space, in where everyone can say out loud what they think, no matter if this is a 1:1 conversation or a public message. If you encourage this behaviour, your “psychological safety” levels will increase over time and this will give your company the power of all your team combined.
Making this truly happen is something you can only achieve by creating the right habits. You have to walk the talk and, eventually, that would become the culture of your team. This can bring you super great things! And this is what you can achieve easily with Nailted.
