Hey there, Alex's first customer here. Alex launched the first iteration around Q1 last year when there were ~40 million labels. The hook for the product for me was their $7 trial. It was affordable enough for me to try it back then. I have since switched to having multiple VIP accounts (different accounts for different entities) on the platform. The reason why I refer users to Nansen again is simple. They have customers as their focus. The world of blockchain related data is convoluted and if you can't spin up SQL queries at will you need a ready interface to get data-sets. Nansen solves for that. But they go beyond it. If you need support for a new asset or a feature enabled- Alex and team delivers on it within days if not hours. Lastly, given the fast moving pace of the world of digital assets, you need teams that can deliver in short spurts of time. I have seen the team's ability to turn around and integrate new assets time and again. In addition to the product, Nansen has an interesting discord and as Aditya mentioned, their community calls are high alpha. For anyone trying to get started with FA in crypto, Nansen is a must have. Their tutorials and documentation are well done and easy enough for anyone to engage with. My personal favourite is the hot contracts + alerts feature. (this is my first PH review, I think)

I'm fascinated by this space. @asvanevik – How do you filter out assets that are airdropped to specific wallets without the owner's permission? E.g. A bunch of people have sent me NFTs to my wallet at rrhoover.eth.

Currently we make use of the distinction between buy/sell vs just send/receive. The buy/sell events contain more signal than send/receive so that’s what we use to rank NFT collections etc.
