Really nice to see how our New Hire Buddy (previously called Onboarding) app has helped us internally! This - https://prnt.sc/4WcZXCe9V2HI - is a DM New Hire Buddy created b/w me, Nandita and Sanjith (new hire), We were able to kick-start a question within seconds with the help of the conversation starters and it was easier for Sanjith to break the ice as well. I've seen success across teams in getting to know new hires on a personal level over having to wait to get to know them during a project. In the office, a new hire would instantly meet a dozen people on their first day simply by walking across their workplace, cafeteria and lobbies. New Hire Buddy recreates that opportunity in a more systemized manner right inside Slack. Excited to see how this helps companies onboard their new hires!

This is great! Remote team bonding is a lot trickier than when you're in the office, especially as a new joiner. We have a monthly virtual get-together but I think this app would be a great addition.
