Newsletters to Kindle lets you send automatically your newsletters to your Kindle. - 2min setup (have your Kindle with you) - Choose the newsletters you want forwarded to your Kindle - Enjoy reading your favorite newsletters on your Kindle
Hey Product Hunt! Thrilled to be here š
We've built Newsletters to Kindle to let you read your newsletters on your Kindle.
Ryan and myself are both avid readers of newsletters like Stratechery, Not Boring, Lenny's newsletters, the Hustle and many others.
Some reasons we prefer reading newsletters on our Kindle:
- There's no notifications or distractions
- There's no blue light, so it's healthy to read in the evening and won't ruin our sleep
- We can read on our own schedule rather than when we open the email in our inbox
Newsletter to Kindle is simple and quick to get started! Create an account and connect your Kindle in under 2 minutes, then choose which newsletters you want to receive and voilĆ ! That's it.
Head to our website to try it for free: https://newslettertokindle.com/Special offer for any of you signing up and upgrading to a paid plan today: you'll get 50% off your first 3 months. Use the code LAUNCH21 at checkout
Looking forward to your feedback!
@joparisot Congratulations on the launch! I've been using a similar custom setup for my personal use for a while now.
Btw 'Newsletters to Kindle' could be addressing this need gap - 'Too many email newsletters, hard to manage' posted on my problem validation platform recently -https://needgap.com/problems/230... .
You're welcomed to explain how your product solves their problem, So those who need 'Newsletters to Kindle' can find it easily.

How the newsletters are displayed? Is there a custom HTML engine on the kindle? or it's just plain text?
@flexbox Hi David! By default, the email HTML is preserved and is viewed as it would be on the browser (images included). If you pay for a paid plan, you can also convert the emails to a native Kindle document which allows you to highlight passages, change fonts, etc.

This idea makes so much sense! Does every email become a book or do the get serialised into chapters or something?
@andrew_keats Thanks Andrew. One email becomes one file on your Kindle, it's not serialised.

@joparisot Fair enough, I suppose it could be used alongside a newsletter aggregator service if someone wanted to collate their interests into a single piece of long-form content.
Been a user for a few months now and I love this product - i end up actually reading the newsletters I've signed up for instead of just archiving them! Congrats on the launch Jonathan And team š
@romylynch Thanks for being such a great early user Romy!

Don't have my Kindle to hand but will certainly be linking this up later! I subscribe to a ton of newsletters and rarely end up reading them, although I do manage to get through a steady stream of books on my Kindle š
@joparisot Awesome - all set up. The onboarding was pretty smooth and look forward to seeing my first newsletter appear on the home screen :D
Just a thought - it looks like the Gmail API supports adding filters. Are you guys planning to automate that eventually, as Iād say that the most friction was in setting up the forwarders...
@richard_francis2 Completely agree with you. We actually do support that but only with the pro plan. You just connect your gmail account, choose the newsletters you want and it's done!
Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback, really appreciate it!
I've been using this for the last few weeks and it has made me actually start to read all of the different Substacks I've signed up for š No more archiving the emails to clear out my inbox
Seriously great product š
