NFT Floor Finder

👋 Hi all, I'm Adam. During the day I lead the product design team at SeatGeek. For the past couple months I've been diving deep into the web3 rabbit hole and tinkering on side projects on nights and weekends. I made Floor Finder to help me find great deals on NFTs. OpenSea makes it easy to track the floor price of a collection, but it’s cumbersome to easily keep track of floor prices for various traits. In addition to floor price, I find floor depth to be an important, and hard to easily find, data point. If there is 100% difference in price between the floor item and the next cheapest item, that suggests a great buying opportunity. One of my other favorite parts of Floor Finder is being able to easily understand what a community values. While rarity is a big input, it's not always what becomes most popular. For example. CryptoPunk hoodies, Loot divine robes, a Chain Runner "Doritos" hats are all great examples of items whose popularity (and price) far outweigh what you'd expect purely based on rarity. You can find these popular attributes by visiting the "Fan Favorite" links. This is currently supported for Crypto Covens, Chain Runners, Blitmap, Flipmap, and Robotos. I also have plans to continue to add more data points to help you make more informed decisions about what's a good deal. As of right now, I have plans to include recent sales information as well as a price estimate based on the floor price, recent sales, and time of recent sales. Awesome work @ajwaxman! I love what you built, especially the 1/3/5/10 until columns. I'm using Peter's API as well for Floor Report, it's very nice! Curious if you have gotten access to OpenSea's V2 API, which has support for Polygon NFTs?
