I’m Brandon and I wanted to share an Indie Hacker project I’ve been working on the past few weekends. 💭 Why I created Nice Ads: I’ve always found it hard to create good Facebook ads. I would constantly look at competitors and study the ad copy and creative to get inspiration for my next ad. I would spend a bunch of time just researching a handful of companies in a category. To speed up my research for the holidays, I decided to make an app that would automatically collect all the top liked Facebook ads for popular e-commerce categories. 🎄 See top advertisements during the holidays: The tool is free to use and it is designed for Shopify stores to see the top advertisements in a category during the holidays. 🤩 Have a growth marketing app idea? @laurence_frappier Thanks! Built it from a cross referencing a list of top Shopify stores and ads currently running in the FB ads library.

@brandon_nutter do you use the Facebook Library API? If yes, does the ads stay avaliable to consult thru long time?

@maria_warheit Thanks. The initial load displays 30 ads, but if you re-load the category it will automatically shuffle new FB ads. I'm going to make it infinite scroll in the near future.

@killswitch85 Yes. Magento is the next ads that would be fun to collect, especially since the brands are typically larger and they have more budget.
