I wore such a bracelet, but I found that the cable wasn't of outstanding quality. Also, it isn't an important thing to wear on my wrist all the time. I bought a power band and cable and carry it in my backpack; I find it very comfortable. Another thing is that my grandmother with Alzheimer's wears a Beaded medical alert bracelet all the time. We ordered it especially for her and it is engraved with her information and our phone numbers. My grandmother takes medication and is feeling better now, but sometimes she has bouts of the disease.
