👋 Hey ProductHunt, Chris here, the co-founder of Notiv. We are excited to be launching on ProductHunt. We’ve been working closely with our early customers to build out some amazing technology we are ready to share Notiv with the community. 🤔 My problem I have spent the last 20 years working in agencies, corporations, and startups, and I am sure you, too, have been in meetings where no one arrives prepared, no one takes notes, actions are missed, and it ends in time wasted. 💡 The solution Before creating Notiv, to keep on top of everything I resorted to recording meetings with an iPod, uploading audio to Dropbox and paying a virtual assistant to transcribe them for me. That need and pain inspired what is now Notiv. With Notiv I no longer dread getting surprised in meetings by things I forgot to note and follow up on last time - there’s no more “I didn’t get to that yet!". I can choose to add notes myself but if I don’t, Notiv has my back - it records meetings, transcribes who said what, and extracts key moments, like actions and decisions, intelligently. When the meeting is done Notiv combines all those notes to produce an executive summary that can be shared and integrated into other business tools. When you need to review the context for a decision, Notiv is a searchable source of truth at your fingertips. Notiv brings focus, eliminates time wasted going over old ground, it allows me to be more present, trusting that everything is being captured, and provides clarity on actions and outcomes, ensuring everyone is aligned. 🏆 How is Notiv different Notiv is unique in that we:

• Address the entire Meeting Process - Prepare, Meet, Review… repeat. Recognize that meetings do not occur in isolation, but in the context of a project or work cycle.
• Platform Agnostic - “Have you got a minute?” Not every meeting is scheduled, so we need to be able to Capture Every Meeting, However it is held. Web, Mobile, Face to Face, Phone, Video Conference.
• Ambient Intelligence - People should engage with people in meetings, not technology. AI should extract insights and actions from natural conversational interactions.
• Real-Time Intelligence - Who wants to wait 30 minutes after their meeting to see anything? Information is available when it is needed, as soon as possible.

So, here's the thing. Not everyone needs Gong or Chorus. I usually have an internal call and I need to make notes. I am a forgetful person. This is why I love Notiv: - 30-minutes of free transcription - It does not NEED to be so expensive like other apps - It has more than record and transcribe - It has AI-generated agenda, topics, notes, and action items - It is easy to use and I love it!

I was looking to transcribe my sales calls and found Notiv a really great option. The deep-ish integration with Slack allows me to bring the customer voice closer to our team than before and to be honest that is the main thing I love about Notiv at the moment in addition to the search-ability. Overall, I love the simplicity and ease of use. I'm excited for this to integrate more with Hubspot and to see video recordings automatically uploaded from Zoom. That will move Notiv from more of an accessory to our sales process to a more foundational piece. The other thing I would love is to have a private space for notes in the meeting that is not shared with external participants (or the ability to make these transcripts only available internally). Templates will also make this much more useful! Anyways, I'm happy this product found me and so are the other members of our sales team and product team who are enjoying the ability to hear what leads are saying about our product without having to watch a 30 min zoom recording all the way through to understand context. Great stuff and I love the direction of the platform!

Awesome tool. I've been using this for a few months now to record and transcribe internal team calls as well as calls with clients. In the past I'd often forget all the things I promised to do after the call, and it was very distracting writing notes on the call itself. With Notiv, I can just focus on the call and let Notiv transcibe everything and give me a to-do list afterwards. Nothing slips through the cracks anymore. Total gamechanger for anyone who spends a lot of time in meetings.

This solution has absolutely enhanced both our productivity, and the quality of our work and communication with clients. Have very much appreciated the very responsive customer service.
