Hey Product Hunt! I'm Naz, one of the founders of Onfolk 👋 We started work on Onfolk on our weekends while working at Monzo. We built HMRC recognised payroll from scratch (everyone has their own hobbies 🙈) to form the core of our all-in-one people product. We did this because we've seen that most of the manual admin work in companies comes from no single source of truth for employee data. This type of work is a world of sensitive data and spreadsheets. We're on a quest to automate it all for founders, HR, finance and ops teams 🧙‍♂️ A familiar scene: your employee wants to update their pension contribution. They have to fill in a form which gets periodically picked up from a spreadsheet by HR. That's sent to the finance team, then forwarded to your accountant or outsourced payroll provider. Now you've passed the payroll cutoff half-way through the month, so your employee has to wait 1.5 months for the change to take effect. Manual errors happen along the way with people typing stuff in. Emails with spreadsheets of sensitive data flying around. You get the picture. With Onfolk, because your HR tool is your payroll and pension tool, everything is in sync by default and updated instantly. Your employee updates their pension contribution themselves and... that's it! No mid-month cutoff dates, no emails, no spreadsheets 🎉 You get core HR, automated onboarding, time-off, and integrations with pension and accounting software. In addition, we offer add-ons like bulk payments. That means that when payroll comes around you can pay all your people in a click (instead of one-by-one). Lots more exciting things to come! Payroll is super outdated in the UK, our provider regularly goes down for long maintenance periods, and has a pretty painful UX - Excited to see this rolled out!

I'm an early customer! and a happy one at that! As an early stage founder with lots do, rubbish payroll and old systems is the last thing I want. This has really eased my work and does what I need, in a clear (and fun) way. More importantly though, the product team is super switched on and slick! Super slick product that solves our payroll pain points

We've been using OnFolk for payroll since April. The team is great, and for a new product, it's amazingly slick. The self onboarding for employees is particularly useful to growing businesses like ours. Great work OnFolk!

Naz and Charlie are building a great product, and are saving me a tonne of time. Really happy with the product!

It's about time Payroll systems got an upgrade in the work place. Too many people and systems don't do a good enough job.
