Onomojo

After feeling developer burnout after getting tasks at my job to build a literal dot, I realized why. No one listens to developer sentiment on their tasks. That gave me an idea to track how I felt about each task in our backlog. Shifting the focus from commoditizing work and only looking at points to listening to how each developer feels about their work instead. It gives much more insight into the overall health of a project and the ability to sustain productivity versus just looking at velocity.
