Signed up about a week ago... Very minimal training to the point that I still do not feel comfortable with the product. TONS of bugs. I'm not sure why, but there are so many bugs with the software. OTTO keeps dropping off the sites we are supporting, credits that we have purchased are added to our account but it says we are out of credits, support is minimal and you are pushed to bots first, which aren't supported by enough documentation. Training seems very promotional and spammy! Why? We are already customers...? As an agency, we'd love for this to work, but not sure if the glitches are worth putting up with... Right now paying around $400 a month but can't use due to error messages... ugh!
