I have been a Certified Corrective and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist for over 8 years and co-created Pancea because my business partner and I worked with people everyday that had chronic aches and pains in their neck, shoulders, back, and knees. It felt like everywhere we went we would hear the same story; about how people would go from appointments, to referrals, all to get temporary and expensive relief. We felt frustrated at how discouraged individuals would get and how they felt that they had to just learn to live with it. As specialists we knew how correctable these pain issues were and wanted to democratized specialist knowledge and pain relief programs/resources. It has been incredible to see early adopters reduce their pain and stress levels and feel more empowered in their body and health. We hope we can do the same for all of you!
