Here's the deal. The default Notion export to PDF is kind of ugly. It shows the properties table, text is huge, there's the scaling thing but doesn't really work that well. It's a mess. This is a better Notion to PDF than Notion's own. And it's free. Fully customize your PDF output with live preview.

Hey everyone. Adrià from PDFtion here. As you can see, this is just a small utility. Totally free. Scratch my own itch kind of deal. It just happened that I started writing project proposals on Notion. I used to copy-paste them to Google Docs to get them nicely formatted and printed. But I'm too lazy to do that. Still, the Notion "export to PDF" feature was not good enough. So I built this little thing. Do you also create documents with Notion? Would this be useful to you? What extra features would you add? Would you ever consider paying for any of those extra features? Let me know! Feedback appreciated!

Why is this not in core, Notion?
Adrià López
@filip_van_hoeckel1 Yup, I agree!

I tried it, and it came back with a blank pdf page...bummer

@joeemiro Hey Joe, that's weird. Would be fantastic if you could tell me what page it was so I can test it. You can DM me on twitter @adlpz. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi Adrià, excellent idea! Do you have any plans to make an API out of it? This would make it possible to automate pdf generation somewhat more.
Adrià López
@martin_vereecken That's an intriguing idea. I'll be blunt: would you be willing to pay a small fee for such an API? Obviously would include support and improvements to the rendering. That may be a way for me to get some value from this project :)

@adlpz If I could make it work exactly how I need it, that may be an option for me. I suppose you think about a subscription or something? Just a sidenote: I organise my stuff in Notion, but Sharepoint is the standard in the company I work. This would be way to save my documents to Sharepoint, semi-automatic. But the company is not the one that would pay for this, and I may need this a couple of times a month max. As it is now, it's not yet usable for me: I tested a Notion doc with embedded screenshots, and the images don't show up in the result.
