Congratulations on the launch Team Pin! As someone who’s on the hiring side of things at startups, I’ve regularly had hundreds, and sometimes, thousands of applicants to open job roles, and applicants who may look great on paper, e.g. a FAANG/big co background, may not be as good of a fit for us than say someone who’s been working at smaller companies or freelance. How does Pin account for the needs of the hiring managers as one size doesn’t fit all?
