Simple does exactly what it says it does. That said, I would assume that were I to ever receive a "Down" notification, I'd want to know more about the diagnostics surrounding it. But maybe that exists already and I just haven't seen it. One thought - when evaluating whether or not to upgrade, it would be helpful to know the price that comes along with each tier. other than that - love it!
