Stretch & Yoga: planq

@buraktahtaci Congrats on launching planq! As a full stack developer, I'm particularly interested in the focus on providing clear and effective stretching programs. Is there an API or developer program planned for planq? I could potentially help integrate planq with other fitness apps or create custom workout routines based on user data. Looking forward to learning more about planq and how I might contribute!

@memphys_sk Hey Stefans, great feedback; but to be honest it might be very costly to find real user photos for exercises. When I find the product market fit and generate revenue (🤑) I will enhance the exercise visuals and add more fancy and realistic images 🚀

@zenda1122 What a great feedback 🙏🏼 We have various focus groups for different goals. - Starter Stretches: Aims to motivate users for their daily stretching habits. - Stress Relief & Relaxation: Which is super fine for your need. You can relax your muscles within that routines. - Strength Zone: Super helpful if you want to gain power and strength, especially it's very effective for core muscles. - Posture Fix & Flexibility: Our spine sometimes needs to be relaxed, that kind of exercises aims to improve posture and relief back & spine pains.
