Where are the quotes updated and from where? Everyday does it appear as a notification in my phone? Is there any setting?

Hey Youssef ! I think for a motivation app it is required that a quote pops up as notification since in my experience, people seldom open apps to get motivation, they want that it is automatically provided to them. btw App is very nice.
