Hi Product Hunt! Pondr is simple and fast idea generation for teams. We've been building products for ourselves, or for others through consulting for over 10 years now. We've always found it challenging to collect ideas and not clutter our work management systems.. things like Github, JIRA etc. So we created Pondr to help teams collect ideas from everyone and choose the best ones through voting or merit by using our Pondr rank algorithm. Ideas are submitted anonymously so no one feels the need to vote up their bosses idea or ignores an idea just because it didn't come from someone with the right job title. Once an idea is approved, the author is revealed and everyone celebrates! We've just launched our 1.0 version of the product and would love to hear your comments and feedback!
