There are two key differences: First, when you highlight content that inspires you, the AI-coach provokes your thoughts, generating associations relevant to your own scenarios. When you're puzzled, it provides answers, ultimately forming structured notes. Second, the notes you internalize can be continually reviewed and refined in the future, forming a toolkit for decision-making, such as mental models, productivity hacks, and so on.
