Think "Enhanced Skimming". Readsy makes reading web-content faster by highlighting key parts-of-speech. This allows readers to skip over prepositions, conjunctions, etc. and focus on key words for general comprehension (i.e. nouns, verbs, adjectives).

There are several default formatting filters to choose from, and all colors are customizable. Users can even save their own custom formatting filters for repeated use later.
To run the extension, a click-able floating button on each webpage, this way users only add highlighting when they want. Users can also hide the floating button by default and then toggle the highlighting by pressing the 'R' key on their keyboard and clicking anywhere on a webpage.
Currently the extension is only available as a Firefox or Chrome extension, but I'm working on a Safari version, and hope to have that released in the near future.
Thanks in advance for any and all feedback!
Amazing tool Edward.
Can it be integrated with kindle and pdf?
I read books in pdf form or kindle. The tool is super useful, cut my reading time by 1/2
@dheeraj_probooking not yet, hoping to add that functionality in a newer version as well as extended language support in a future update. The one thing it can handle is kindle previews read through the kindle cloud reader (read.amazon.com). So if you just want to skim a preview to determine if a book is for you, Readsy works in that situation currently. Thanks for the support!

This seems to be intriguing. Although I've taken a fast reading course before, this looks so much more practical and adaptive. Thank you for the launch!
@kaira_khan thanks for the upvote! Hope Readsy helps you and I'd definitely be interested in any feedback you have regarding features to make the extension better.

I could finish it in half the time. Because when I finally get around to reading them, I realise they're not all that useful. congratulations on your new venture

This is incredible, I add so many articles to read later apps but with this I could cut the time in half and get it done with. Because eventually when I come around to reading them, I find out they're not that useful. Congrats on the PH launch
@abhishek1846 thanks so much! I struggle with the same problem. Finding interesting content these days seems so easy compared to actually reading it all. Glad to know itβs adding some value to your life and would love to know if you have feedback to make it even better.

@emjp5f I tried reading the Fade Less Important words section with *bionic reading*,I think that if there would be a feature to do *3d* reading in Readsy like in 3read extension(similar to bionic reading however not bionic reading for patent and copyright reason) *without filler words* ,Then it might increase comprehension and reading speed
@dv_fh thanks for the suggestion! Iβll look into this.
