@kate_ramakaieva Yes. Currently, it is already possible to use LinkedIn and Indeed with the external application functionality. I am considering whether to allow direct applications via LinkedIn or not. The reason for the doubt is the quality of the CVs that are exported from LinkedIn, which are usually not very good. What are your thoughts on this?

@filippo_calabrese The AI evaluation feature is also something I really appreciate. It helps assess the relevance of the CV to the job post. When a CV receives a high evaluation, it indicates that the candidate put effort into tailoring their CV for the specific position rather than sending a generic one. This aspect has always been important to me during the selection process. Of course, it's up to me to write a job post that is comprehensive and aligned with my needs, but that's my responsibility.πŸ˜…

@leopoldo_pizzetti You hit the nail on the head. The functioning of the screening algorithm actually takes the starting job post into high consideration. The CV is also evaluated independently, but what really counts is the matching between the Job Post and the CV. Consequently, optimising the Job Post results in a better analysis. It should be emphasised, however, that AI screening is not intended to replace human intervention, but rather to provide quick insights that can then be followed up with the team.

i had the opportunity to test it in preview, I can say that it has significantly changed the way of managing job offers and candidate management, integrating AI for the evaluation of CVs giving it that extra edge!

I think that Recruite Page is an excellent tool to speed up the skimming of candidates. The AI helps a lot and for each candidate, it gives you a report and indicates with a rating how suitable the candidate is for the position. Bottom line: never again without
