Reflect Academy

Creating a habit of note-taking can significantly improve your thinking and memory. Many of us instinctively understand this, but it can be hard to know where to start. That's why we created the Reflect Academy. Reflect Academy covers topics like: - Principles of effective note-taking - How to journal every-day - How backlinks and tags work - As well as some more in-depth video tutorials of real-world examples, like creating a personal CRM. The Academy has been designed to be consumed quickly and we've tried to keep it generic as possible. The core principles should apply to any note-taking tool (Roam, Logseq, Reflect).
