Reflective lets business users build their own workflow software. Our key insight: full automation vs. manual work is a false dichotomy. We let you automate without losing the human touch. 👩🏻 + 🤖 The Problem This need was born out of our team's collective experience plus interviews with 50+ businesses. We consistently found that the biggest bottleneck in a business is a repetitive, manual workflow. These workflows aren't automated because: 1) Complexity: The business logic is too complex to turn into an algorithm 2) Control: The user wants control given the critical nature of the operation 3) Expense: The layers of coordination needed to develop internal tools drives huge costs in time and money Project management apps like Asana & Trello can help track progress on these workflows but aren't where work actually gets done. And traditional automation technologies like iPaaS & RPA are not well suited to these workflows because they were designed for machines, not humans. Our Solution Counter-intuitively, Reflective is an automation platform that embraces manual work. We call it "human touch" because we aim to distill a person's complex decision making process down to a single click. Simply decide, and the actions are carried out for you. Like other integration platforms (Zapier, IFTTT), Reflective lets you work seamlessly across hundreds of applications. But on Reflective each action can be reviewed, skipped, tweaked, or delegated before it executes. Future of Work Reflective is a human-machine collaboration platform. We are a hybrid in between full automation and manual work that marries the strengths of both. This has practical implications in allowing us to quickly serve complex, manual workflows. It also points to the future. We believe that in the future we will each be "Chief Editors" of our work. This is great! As a no-coder who spends his days automating everything on Zapier & Integromat, I've come across scenarios where I wish there is a "human touch" step. This seems to tackle that exact problem. Good job on the launch team!

There are a lot of workflows that can't be fully automated. I love how Reflective is solving for all of those human + machine workflows!
