The AI Copilot for Hardcore SaaS

166 followers

Your SaaS isn’t like the others. It’s not a micro-SaaS or a minimalistic CRM. It’s a hardcore piece of software that people use to get things done. Rehance is the AI copilot that will 10x your users’ efficiency by automating away all repetitive tasks.

Chatbots that answer questions and send you to support will soon be a thing of the past. Users don't want to ask a question like "How do I do [X] in your product" and get a link to a tutorial or a description of what to do. They want to say "Do [X]" and see it get done in front of their eyes! Rehance is the AI copilot that can give your users that magical experience. It's a chatbot with superpowers that can translate your users’ natural language requests into a set of operations that your SaaS is capable of executing. Most repetitive tasks, like reorganizing a big set of documents or exporting a series of related reports, go from taking hours to under a minute. Getting set up with Rehance is straightforward. Just define the main operations users can take in your software and their parameters. Then add our drop-in script to your website to add the assistant, with a few lines of basic Javascript to connect our assistant to your SaaS's operations. In an hour you can equip your users with a new superpower—they can just type what they want to do, and see it get done in front of their eyes. Let us know what you think!

@jason_louro1 Rehance is set to revolutionize productivity for hardcore SaaS users! What measures does Rehance take to ensure the seamless integration of its AI automation features with existing SaaS tools without compromising on user experience or data security?

@jason_louro1 congrats on the launch! Interestingly, we are planning an AI assistant in our AI video saas. Is Rehance able to give more hints to users? like about what can be done, what cannot. After all, we only support a small set of actions at the very beginning.
Jason Louro
@lightfield Right now, it can answer users' questions (for example "what can I do with this") and more importantly perform tasks (like "add a title to this video"). We plan to spend more time in the future focusing more on hints, and perhaps predictive suggestions based on what the user is doing. For example if a user is adding the same effect to each clip in their timeline, that's a very repetitive process, Rehance could detect that and appear in an unintrusive way saying "Press E to apply [EffectName] to all clips."

I wish most SaaS had this plugged in because there are lots of product I interact with about once a month and would much rather just tell them what to do than have to learn a new interface every time

@josegpt We agree!

As a SaaS power user, I'm always on the lookout for tools that can keep up with my pace. Rehance's AI capabilities are impressive, but I found the learning curve a bit steep. It took me a couple of days to fully utilize its features. Also, I'd love to see more customization options for notifications - sometimes it feels like I'm getting a bit too many pings. Overall, a solid product that could be even more amazing with a few tweaks!

Upvoted because automation in SaaS is such a lifesaver! It's great to see solutions that focus on boosting efficiency for more complex and feature-rich software. Rehance seems like it could really save time and make workflows smoother. How well does Rehance integrate with existing systems, especially if they are already fairly customized? Are there any notable limitations or challenges you've encountered?
Jason Louro
@max_panke Notably, Rehance integrates on the front-end rather than the back-end, because the goal is for the copilot to have access to the exact same features & functionality as the end user, rather than a set of backend APIs that may be distinct in behavior, permissions, etc. from the features that the end user sees. This approach also makes it easier to integrate, and safer, since the same data permissions and controls that apply to your end user will apply to the copilot as well. It also makes it super easy to integrate with any other systems in place because again, the goal is to give the copilot the same tools that the end user has! Limitations so far are around context window (amount of data that the copilot can parse to determine the user's intended actions) and latency (users expect fast!). We expect these to disappear with time.
