super cool. we don't currently have a chatbot but are dealing with increasing amounts of support, so this is an awesome solution, will give it a try! congrats on the launch!!

What I like about this idea is that Slava built it not out of nowhere but as a tool to make his own business grow and be more effective. I think that really makes a big difference when it comes to user experience and real world applications of the tool -- here you can be sure it will really bring you a lot of value
