People who menstruate have it even more difficult – more than 80% are facing problems such as bloating, PMS, irregular cycles, etc. Most people are just used to these problems; some use medication. But the truth is that a healthier lifestyle and a balanced diet can help naturally solve most problems and make life easier, happier, better. We saw the women closest to us struggle, and we wanted to make their daily lives better, so we researched healthy concepts & foods that may help introduce a better diet. A diet focused on menstruation. It worked. This was the creation of Rooby. Our goal? To provide a better snack for all people who menstruate. We started by helping the women closest to us; now, we want to help all women everywhere. We believe people should care more about people around them and Rooby Bars is our way of doing this!
