We're excited to share Roots with you today, on Earth Day! 🏞 Roots was born out of passion, and built as a bootstrapped side project.
Our goal is to make it easy for anyone to practice nature-based mindfulness — whether you're stuck and home, out in nature, or somewhere in between.
We believe that when we connect with nature mindfully — we become closer to ourselves, each other, and the planet.
What do we offer?
✅ Immersive Soundscapes: Sync with nature by listening to soundscapes captured the same time of day you are using the app, by emmy-winning recordist — Gordon Hempton.
✅ Audio-Guided Outdoor Experiences: Enjoy approachable experiences like mindful walks, and deeper practices like forest bathing and outdoor meditations.
✅ Nature Meditations: Meditate to the sound of the wind, waves, fire and more — out in real nature, or from the comfort of your home.

I sometimes love to play these kind of soundscapes on my TV in the evenings. Makes me feel really calm! Everyone should try it at least once :) Congrats on the launch!
