Today I'm excited to announce the launch of Screenity, a screen recorder and annotation tool for Chrome.

For months I wanted to create a completely free and open source tool with more features than any other screen recorder in the market, so I did a lot of research and tried 30+ of the most popular Chrome recorders to come up with the ultimate Chrome Extension.

Here are some of its features:

✏️ Draw, add text, and create arrows
👀 Highlight your clicks, focus on your cursor, or hide it from the recording

@thilawfab You totally can! And with my other tool animockup.com, you could use the recordings you make with Screenity to put them inside a mockup and add images, text, etc. to make it more similar to my teasers :)

@meshoo12 That's completely possible as I have the Google API already hooked up for Drive :) I'll look into it - I'd have to allow for giving the recording a title and other settings though somewhere too.
