🚨 Important warning for developers and businesses considering Sent.dm for WhatsApp integration 🚨
I’ve been working with Sent.dm for a mission-critical automation project that relies on WhatsApp template messages. Everything was set up and working — templates were created, approved, and messages were being sent.
Out of nowhere, all my templates were deleted from the platform, and no explanation was provided.
Worse than that:
❌ Their support is chat-only, with no live help.
❌ Messages are just redirected to a “specialized team” that never replies.
❌ There’s no status page, no way to track template approval, and no visibility into platform health.
❌ You’re left completely in the dark if something breaks.
For any production-ready or business-critical use case, I cannot recommend Sent.dm. The lack of support, transparency, and basic operational reliability makes it a risky choice.
I’m now exploring alternative providers with proper documentation, responsive support, and real API accountability.
