Thank you all for checking out Seymour Events! I’m Greg Mena, the founder, and I’m thrilled to share this project with you today alongside my incredible co-founder, Nsikan Ikpoh. Seymour Events is designed to help venues make their events more inclusive by providing real-time captions that attendees can view on their own devices. It’s simple to set up, integrates with existing sound systems, and doesn’t require additional equipment for attendees. This journey started with a call from an ASL interpreter, and it’s grown into something that has already been tested in schools, community events and conference centers.
