ShuffleMe

Hey Product Hunt, I made ShuffleMe after losing three friends to suicide due to social media engagement when I was 18 years old. I too have been impacted as a very frequent social media user but manually tracking my mood, was not as efficient. Putting the phone down for an hour or taking a "social media vacation" wasn't an effective solution either. So I built ShuffleMe as a "supportive" tool. It's not to discourage the use of social media but to instead increase self-awareness of which social media content impacts your mood in real-time. I want ShuffleMe to be a tool that people can use while they engage on social media to increase their well-being. I'm looking forward to answering questions about technology, privacy, academic research, scaling ShuffleMe, and/or more information about myself.
